2. QUOTES, BOOKINGS, AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

By requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or using our Services, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information. Quotes and estimates are based on the information available to us at the time they are provided. Final pricing may change if actual conditions at the property differ from what was disclosed at booking, including but not limited to the size of the area, level of buildup, excessive clutter, the presence of additional occupants or workers, special requests, or other factors affecting the time and labor required.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. If we are unable to access the property, or if conditions at the location make performance unsafe or impractical, we may reschedule, limit, or cancel the service.

All areas to be cleaned must be reasonably accessible and free of excessive clutter.
You must inform us in advance of any items, materials, finishes, or surfaces requiring special care.
Pets, children, and other occupants must be supervised as necessary for safety.
No other service providers or contractors should interfere with our work during the scheduled cleaning.
The presence of other workers or an excessive number of people at the property during service may affect timing, quality, and final pricing.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, unsanitary beyond the agreed scope, or otherwise inappropriate for our team.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

You agree to pay all charges for services booked or purchased from us at the prices in effect at the time of booking or service, including any applicable taxes or fees.

Payment may be accepted through methods approved by us, which may include major credit cards and other payment options made available at the time of booking or payment.
You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the agreed service amount and any applicable approved charges related to the Services.
If pricing errors, clerical mistakes, or inaccuracies occur, we reserve the right to correct them.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due at the time specified in your booking, invoice, or service agreement.
Any cancellation, rescheduling, missed appointment, late access, deposit, or refund terms communicated to you at the time of booking, in writing, or in a separate service policy will also apply and are incorporated into these Legal Terms by reference.

4. CLEANING SERVICE LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to provide a professional cleaning experience. However, by using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following service limitations:

Real World Services Company, Inc does not guarantee the removal of stains, discoloration, buildup, or damage caused by factors outside normal cleaning, including but not limited to rust, mildew, hard water buildup, permanent staining, or conditions caused by lack of maintenance.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from faulty, loose, aged, worn, or improper installation of any item, fixture, surface, or material.
All surfaces, including but not limited to marble, granite, hardwood, laminate, tile, concrete, and similar materials, are assumed to be properly sealed, maintained, and suitable for ordinary cleaning methods unless you inform us otherwise in advance.
Furniture on wood or delicate flooring is assumed to have proper floor protection. We are not responsible for damage resulting from inadequate padding, improper furniture protection, or pre-existing floor or furniture conditions.

For safety reasons:

We only clean windows and blinds that can be reached with a standard 2-step ladder.
We do not move heavy furniture or oversized items.
We may decline to clean areas that cannot be accessed safely.
You are responsible for notifying us before service of fragile items, special surfaces, valuable items, custom finishes, or any condition requiring special instructions.

5. SATISFACTION ISSUES AND SERVICE CONCERNS

We value open communication and want to address reasonable service concerns promptly.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, you should contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and determine, in our sole discretion, whether an adjustment, touch-up, re-clean, credit, or other resolution is appropriate.

Nothing in this section guarantees a refund, free re-service, or other remedy in every situation. Resolution of service concerns may depend on the circumstances, the condition of the property, the scope of work booked, and whether the issue was reported promptly.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, website design, and other content made available through the Site (collectively, the 'Content'), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the 'Marks').

SOME LAWS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Real World Services Company, Inc, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
