What hours do you clean and can I pick the day I would like to have service?

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. We do our best to accommodate your preferred cleaning day. When booking service, we will ask you what day of the week you’d like to schedule service and if you would prefer a morning or afternoon appointment. Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to give exact arrival times, but you will receive a call from your team’s team leader 30 minutes before their arrival. You will also receive a reminder call from our office the day before your scheduled cleaning.

I need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, what do I do?

Please contact our office at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your house cleaning service. If you contact us less than 24 hours in advance or we are unable to obtain access to your home, we will charge a $50.00 fee to cover a portion of our expense.

How can I give my Cleaning Crew new instructions?

It’s easy!  When you have new or extra instructions you can call the office and we will be sure to get the instructions to your team of cleaning go-getters! If it’s instructions you want followed every visit, please inform the office staff member so that the information can be added to your work order. Please Note: If you would like additional services added to your cleaning, additional fees/charges may apply, ask the Real World Cleaning Service Office Staff Member if there is an additional charge for the service you wish to be performed.

What if I forgot my Cleaning Professionals were coming?

If you provide a key or garage code to your home, this shouldn’t be a problem.  But if you do not provide a key or other method of entry and your cleaning team arrives and are unable to access your home, you will be charged a lockout fee of $50.00 which will be used in to compensate your cleaning team for their time.

What if my Cleaning Professionals break an item in my home?

Your cleaning team is careful with your possessions, but we do know that accidents can happen. Real World Cleaning Services is fully bonded & insured. If any damage/loss does occur the team leader of your team will contact the office and leave a note as well. Our office will then contact you to discuss the situation.

How can I be sure I will receive quality service?

Our policy is 100% customer satisfaction. After each cleaning, you will receive a quick 30 second survey to ensure that you were satisfied with your cleaning teams work. Please provide any feedback as our cleaning team members are bonuses on their quality scores from the feedback that is received by our clients.

How do you gain entry to my home?

Most of our clients provide us with a key or garage code. If a key is provided, it is coded and your personal information is never associated with the keys code. Your cleaning team’s team leader will be given the key to your home on the morning of your clean and it will be returned to our safe when your cleaning team returns at the end of the day.

What about pets?

We are a pet friendly company! However, we do ask that all animals be away from the areas that we will be cleaning. Please be sure to inform our office of all animals in the home so that we can ensure your cleaning information has this information.

Do I have to be present when the cleaning team comes to clean?

No. In fact, most customers are not present when your cleaning team is there. Real World Cleaning Services employees are fully bonded and insured and will use the utmost care while cleaning your home.

How do I pay for my cleaning service?

Payment is due the day of your cleaning. You can pay for your cleaning by cash, check or you can keep a credit card on file with our office. When contacting our office, we will ask you what your preferred method of payment is.

What if I am not happy with my service?

If you are unhappy, please contact our office within 24 hours and we will send a team back to correct the mistakes at no additional charge.
