Rescheduling, Skipping and Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness, maintain operational efficiency, and provide high-quality service to all clients, we have established the following scheduling policy:
1. Rescheduling Policy – If a client requests to reschedule their cleaning appointment:
- More than 2 business days* before their scheduled cleaning day by 8:00 AM: No fee will be charged.
- Less than 2 business days* before their scheduled cleaning day by 8:00 AM: A $25 rescheduling fee will apply.
- Less than 1 business day* before their scheduled cleaning day by 8:00 AM: The full fee service fee will be charged.
To avoid a no-fee re-schedule here is the deadline to reschedule your appointment. If your cleaning day follows on the following days of the week:
- Monday: Wednesday before
- Tuesday: Thursday before
- Wednesday: Friday Before
- Thursday: Monday before
- Friday: Tuesday before
2. Skipping Policy – If a client requests to skip their scheduled cleaning:
More than 2 business days before their scheduled cleaning day by 8:00 AM: No fee will be charged, and the following adjustments will be made:
- Weekly clients will be charged at the EVERY 2 WEEK rate for their next cleaning.
- Every 2 Weeks clients will be charged at the EVERY 4 WEEK rate for their next cleaning.
- Every 4 weeks clients
- Will not incur an additional charge if rescheduled within 7 days of the original date
- will incur an additional $50 fee since their next cleaning will occur 8 weeks
Less than 2 business days before their scheduled cleaning day by 8:00 AM: A $50 skip fee will apply, and the following adjustments will be made:
- Weekly clients will be charged at the EVERY 2 WEEK rate for their next cleaning.
- Every 2 Weeks clients will be charged at the EVERY 4 WEEK rate for their next cleaning.
- Every 4 weeks clients will incur an additional $50 fee since their next cleaning will occur 8 weeks after their last appointment.

- Wednesday: Friday Before
- Thursday: Monday before
- Friday: Tuesday before
3. Day-of Cancellations – If a client skips or cancels their cleaning the day of their scheduled service:
- The full cleaning fee for the missed appointment will be charged.
- No Exceptions for Illness: Cleaning appointments will proceed as scheduled, even if a member of the household is unwell. We understand that illnesses are a part of life and appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain our commitment to all clients.
4. Skip Policy with Free Allowances
We understand that sometimes life gets busy, and you may need to skip a scheduled cleaning. To accommodate this, we offer a limited number of complimentary skips based on your cleaning frequency:
- Weekly Clients: Up to 3 skips per calendar year without a fee.
- Every 2-Week Clients: Up to 2 skips per calendar year without a fee.
- Every 4-Week Clients: 1 skip per calendar year without a fee.
5. Inclement Weather
In the event of severe weather, the company will assess conditions to ensure the safety of both our team and clients.
- If operations are delayed or closed, we will contact you directly with updates.
- Clients affected by weather-related schedule changes will be prioritized for rescheduling as soon as possible.
Important Notes:
- Skips beyond the allotted freebies will be subject to our standard skip fees and rate adjustments as outlined in our scheduling policy.
- Complimentary skips must still be requested more than 2 business days before the scheduled cleaning by 8:00 All requests for changes to appointments must be communicated directly to our office via phone or email during business hours.
- These policies are in place to respect the time of our cleaners and maintain efficient scheduling for all clients.
