How can I be sure I will receive quality service?

How do you gain entry to my home?
Most of our clients provide us with a key or garage code. If a key is provided, it is coded and your personal information is never associated with the key’s code. Your cleaning technician will be given the key to your home on the morning of your service and will return to our safe at the end of the day.
What about pets?
We are a pet-friendly company! However, we do ask that all animals be away from the areas that we will be cleaning. Please be sure to inform our office of all animals in the home so that we can ensure your cleaning team has this information.
Do I have to be present when the cleaning team comes to clean?
No, you don’t have to be home during your cleaning—most of our clients aren’t. Many provide us with a garage code, door code, or keep a key on file so our team can access the home safely and securely. All Real World Cleaning Services employees are fully bonded and insured and treat your home with the utmost care.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
A credit card is required to be placed on file at the time of booking, even if you choose to pay by cash or check. Payment is due on the day of your cleaning. If your service is scheduled for a Saturday or Sunday, payment must be made in advance.
What if I am not happy with my service?
If you are unhappy, please contact our office within 24 hours and we will send a team back to correct the mistakes at no additional charge.
Do you clean carpets?

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and products?
Yes, we bring all of our own supplies and tools. Our products are tested for quality and our Cleaning Professionals are trained to use them safely, following OSHA guidelines and SDS documentation.
How many cleaners will come to my home?
The number of technicians assigned to your cleaning will depend on factors like the size of your home, the complexity of the cleaning, and staff availability. We typically send anywhere from 1 to 4 cleaning professionals.
Why is the first cleaning more expensive?
The first cleaning typically takes more time because our team focuses on getting your home into great shape from the start. It’s a more detailed and thorough service to set the foundation for future cleanings. You can choose between a First-Time In Clean or a Deluxe Clean, depending on your needs and preferences

Weekly cleaning keeps your home consistently tidy, helps maintain surfaces, and makes each visit quicker and more efficient. It’s especially helpful for busy households with kids or pets, and it supports a healthier living environment by reducing dust, allergens, and germs. Do you tip cleaners every time?
Tipping is never required, but always appreciated if you feel your cleaning team did a great job. Some clients choose to tip after each visit, others occasionally, and some not at all—it’s completely up to you. We’ve also made it easy to leave a tip electronically if you’d rather not use cash.
How often should you hire a professional house cleaner?
It really depends on your lifestyle and how tidy you like your home to be. We typically recommend weekly or biweekly cleanings to keep things consistently clean and manageable. If you have kids, pets, or a full household, more frequent cleanings can help reduce buildup and keep your space feeling fresh.
