Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. When booking your service, we will ask you what day of the week you’d prefer and if you would rather have a morning or afternoon appointment. You will receive a reminder the day before your cleaning and a call from your cleaning team 30 minutes before they arrive.

Please contact our office at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your house cleaning service. If you contact us less than 24 hours in advance or we are unable to obtain access to your home, we will charge a $50.00 fee to cover a portion of our expenses.

When you have new or extra instructions you can call the office and we will be sure to get the instructions to your team of cleaning go-getters! If it’s instructions you want us to follow every visit, please inform the office staff member so that the information can be added to your work order. Please Note: If you would like additional services added to your cleaning, additional fees/charges may apply.

If you provide a key or garage code to your home, this shouldn’t be a problem.  If your cleaning team arrives and is unable to access your home, you will be charged a lockout fee of $50.00.

Your cleaning team is careful with your possessions, but we do know that accidents can happen. Real World Cleaning Services is fully bonded & insured. If any damage/loss does occur the team leader of your team will contact the office and leave a note. Our office will then contact you to determine the next steps in replacing your item.

Most of our clients provide us with a key or garage code. If a key is provided, it is coded and your personal information is never associated with the key’s code. Your cleaning team leader will be given the key to your home on the morning of your service and will be returned to our safe at the end of the day.

We are a pet-friendly company! However, we do ask that all animals be away from the areas that we will be cleaning. Please be sure to inform our office of all animals in the home so that we can ensure your cleaning team has this information.

No. In fact, most customers are not present when your cleaning team is there. Real World Cleaning Services employees are fully bonded and insured and will use the utmost care while cleaning your home.

Payment is due the day of your cleaning. You can pay for your cleaning by cash, check or you can keep a credit card on file with our office. When contacting our office, we will ask you what your preferred method of payment is.

If you are unhappy, please contact our office within 24 hours and we will send a team back to correct the mistakes at no additional charge.
